WHAT TIME IS CHECK IN/CHECK OUT?
The check-in it's guaranteed at 3:00pm and check-out time is at 12:00pm.
WHAT TIME WILL THE ROOM BE AVAILABLE?
Early check-in upon availability. If the option for early check-in is not available, we can hold the luggage and we will notify you when it is available.
IS THERE AN OPTION TO HOLD THE LUGGAGES BEFORE OR AFTER CHECK IN/OUT?
Yes, you can leave your luggage in storage at no additional cost.
HOW CAN I GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL? ARE PRIVATE TRANSFERS AVAILABLE?
From the nearest airports (Gibraltar, Malaga, Sevilla), you can reach the hotel by taxi. We also have a private transfer service on demand and at an additional cost. Check with our team prices and availability if you need it.
DOES THE HOTEL HAVE PARKING?
We do not have private parking. The hotel has free parking around the hotel, but there is no option to reserve these spaces. They will be used in order of arrival. If there are no spaces available at the time of arrival, you can leave your car at the hotel entrance and the valet will park it as soon as a space is available.
WHAT IS THE BREAKFAST SCHEDULE? WHAT TYPE OF BREAKFAST IS SERVED?
In our restaurant, a full breakfast buffet with hot and cold, sweet and savory dishes is served every morning from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. If you wish, you can also ask our colleagues about a dish that is not on the buffet but that you feel like eating. We also have food for people who suffer from allergies or intolerances.
DO YOU OFFER RENTAL SERVICE FOR CARS, MOTORCYCLES, BICYCLES, SCOOTERS ...?
Our reception department can help you with car, motorbike, bicycle and scooter rental services.
DOES THE HOTEL HAVE A SWIMMING POOL?
The hotel currently does not have a swimming pool. However, you can enjoy the beach, just a few meters walking. We also have Beach Club nearby. The cost of them depends on whether we are in the months of high or low season. For more information the reception colleagues can help you.
ARE BEACH / POOL TOWELS PROVIDED?
Yes, we provide towels at no additional cost for customers who request them.
DO THE ROOMS HAVE A MINIBAR?
Yes, the rooms have a paid minibar with a wide variety of drinks and snacks.
IS THERE A CRIB?
Yes, the hotel has a free baby cot for children under three years old and upon request.
IS THERE A LAUNDRY SERVICE?
Yes, we have a laundry and ironing service with an extra charge. An ironing set (iron + board) is also available on request.
